Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Philos Cleaning Co. provides residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, and short-term rental (Airbnb) cleaning services. Services are customized based on the size, condition, and specific needs of each property.

We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. Pets must be secured, and fragile or valuable items should be stored safely before service.

If we are unable to access the property, the visit may be considered a late cancellation and subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to a portion or the full cost of the scheduled service.

4. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings, including deep cleanings, move-in/move-out services, and short-term rental services.

Final payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Damages & Liability

Our team is fully insured and trained. We take great care while servicing your property.

Any damage or concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Philos Cleaning Co. is not responsible for:
   •    Normal wear and tear
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Items not properly secured
   •    Damage caused by faulty or unstable items

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Safety & Products

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning products whenever possible. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or special product requests.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, aggressive pets, biohazard materials, or abusive behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
